Joan works with clients from all walks of life both on both personal and professional issues. They include high potential executives, leaders and teams at organizations like Ahold, Bank of America, Fidelity Investments, FTSE UK, Microsoft and Mulllen Advertising. Joan received her Professional Coaching credential through the highly regarded Coaches Training Institute and has additional training in executive, leadership and organizational coaching.

For Joan it’s all about challenging clients to be the best they can be by harnessing their commitment, voice and passion. She refers to the words of Michelangelo:  “The problem for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss the mark, but that it is too low and we reach it.” Joan’s clients are inspired by her enthusiasm, keen insight and warm wisdom.

As a lifelong athlete, outdoor enthusiast and sailor, Joan has completed two half marathons and dozens of short distance triathlons. Joan finds renewal through long walks on the beach, in nature and through inspirational cinema. As a native New Englander she now enjoys the milder climate of Laguna Niguel, CA
